I was downtown today and was trying to find an accessible store with an accessible bathroom, so I go into Chico's because I want to shop there as well

  1. Me: Excuse me, but do you have a bathroom I could use?
  2. Chico's Employee: Yes, but I don't know if you can get through. Shipment came through.
  3. Me: I can try.
  4. The store employee shows me a bunch of boxes blocking the bathroom. An able folk can get through, but no one in a wheelchair.
  5. Chico's Employee: I'm sorry.
  6. Me: Well, can you move the boxes?
  7. Chico's Employee: No.
  8. Me:
  9. Chico's Employee:
  10. Me:
  11. Chico's Employee: ...they're heavy.
