Submit
You can send submissions via the submit link at the top of the main webpage. If you don’t have a Tumblr account, you can also email your submission to me at virginia@virginiaslist.net. Please make sure you include the following information (**PLEASE NOTE: If you provide the website, I should be able to obtain the necessary contact info if you’d like to save time on your submission!**):
1. Date & Time of Visit (estimate if you’re unsure. For example, the morning of July 11, 2012. Another example - early July 2012.)
2. Business Name
3. Business Address (include City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal code, & country whenever possible - this will allow people to search for different companies, good AND bad, in their areas)
4. Business contact info (Phone #, website, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc)
5. Your Disability/Disabilities (if applicable and TOTALLY OPTIONAL. You can state your medical diagnosis and/or mention the mobility devices you use. Again, TOTALLY OPTIONAL.)
6. Accessibility grade (on a scale of 0 stars being the worst and 5 being the best)
7. Reason for grade (Were the doorways wide enough? Did they provide motorized scooters for your shopping convenience? Were the employees helpful or dismissive? This is by no means an exhaustive list, but I just wanted to give you a general idea.)
